Au cours de cet atelier l’élément eau qui en Yoga comme en Ayurveda purifie et nourrit à la fois sera sollicité. Il aide le prana, le renouvellement de l’énergie vitale. La séquence sera accompagnée par les doux sons du Kantelé, instrument national Finlandais, de la harpe, des kalimbas et des bols tibétains joués par Philippe.
L’atelier se terminera par du chocolat fourni par Sol Semilla.

Join Gemma and Philippe for an afternoon of energizing Mandala Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra designed to help clean out the cobwebs from your body and your mind. The water element within yoga and ayurveda is considered to be the element that purifies and nourishes at the same time. Water is the great carrier, the conductor of prana – life energy, nutrients, vibration and subtle information. We will be tapping into the water element through Gemma’s Mandala Flow & Philippe’s Yin Yoga sequences.
Live music : Get ready to ease your body and mind through the pristine sound of the Kantele, a mesmerizing 38 strings harp from Finland, the soothing vibes of the kalimbas and the depth of tibetan bowls, played by Philippe.
