Trained in Karate, then Thai boxing, Pia found her path to yoga in 2015. A small revolution starts with the certainty that the way is right. Her discovery of the practice held a sweet revelation, which she has since strived to nurture and share.
That same year, Pia started a two year vocational training course with Muriel Adri (RYT 500) to develop a solid base of practice, of anatomic and philosophical knowledge and to discover the pleasure of teaching.
In 2018, Pia followed the teachings of Max Strom, with a course lasting 200 hours – Inner Axis, the therapeutic virtues and thought for putting at the centre of the practice the techniques of breathing, accompanied by precise and soft movements, accessible to all.
The fluidity of Vinyasa, the time given to the postures, the attention to the difference between bodies, the search to open up, of relaxation, of wellbeing incarnate and spiritual, are the drivers of her daily practice. Her classes offer an interior journey, rhythm from a balance between a toning flow and restorative postures, for all levels.
