Dancer and passionate about science all her life, Ingrid discovered Pilates in 2011 with Anaï Rojita, who coached her in private lessons for three years before deciding to make it her career. Already with a degree from the conservatoire of Avignon, dietician, nutritionist and with the title of “Master 2” in medical research, she trained in Pilates teaching on mats and on machines with the Californian programme BASI pilates.
Since then, Ingrid teaches in English or in French, in group classes or in private lessons. She works with a chiropractor’s office to provide a multi-disciplinary approach for patients and to improve their posture with targeted exercises.
She also practices yoga, enjoys climbing and travels often. She recently went to Thailand to learn Thai massage at the temple Wat Pho in Bangkok. Her favourite exercise : the plank and all its derivatives. Nothing is more effective for improving your strength without too much weight and feeling more sure about your body quickly.
